Operates special camera to make animated cartoon motion
picture films: Places background drawing on horizontal esael
over which camera is suspended. Postiions transparent celluloid
slide on which animation has been drawn over background and
covers it with glass plate.
Exposes frame of motion picture film
and repeats process, using next drawnig in animation sequence.
Regulates exposure and aperture to obtain sepcial effects, such
as fade out or fade-ins.
